We will e-mail to you detailed shipping instructions including shipping address. Please check the shipping instructions carefully each time when you submit the samples to GeochronEx. You might be asked to ship the samples to different GeochronEx facilities.
Each sample shipment must include a copy of Request Form for analysis that specifies:
• Individual or company
• Contact person and phone number
• Type of required analysis
• Type of the rocks, minerals
• Estimated age (for geo-chronological projects only)
• Mineral to be separated
• Any special instructions
• Sample ID list
• Information for invoicing and methods of payment
• Authorization signature

Packaging
Pack the samples securely, ensuring that each sample is clearly labeled with a sample number. This can be accomplished with waterproof ink on the sample bags or with sample tags in the sample bags. Poorly labeled or packaged samples, samples having incomplete or no request for analysis sheets may not be processed until adequate written instructions are received from the client. Proper packaging of your shipment will improve turnaround time.
Shipping samples
If possible, please use a major international airline or a courier service such as DHL, UPS, Purolator, TNT or other.
